Kadir Qasar

Kadir Kasar is the Oguz leader mentioned in two medieval Uyghur epitaphs ( Tesinsky and Terkhinsky steles , VIII century ). Perhaps the first historically attested ruler of the Khazars , in the era before the advent of their khanate . Lived in the 2nd floor. VI century . Together with the leader Bedi Bersil (ruler bersil ?) He died during the civil strife that swept the Turkic Kaganate after the death of its founder - Kagan Bumyn ( 552 ). Probably, it was his figure that was reflected in later legends about the origin of the Khazars from the Khazars - the grandson of Japheth .
