In anticipation of the release of the album, in an interview with Guru Ken , the singer spoke about the new single: “Of course, after the release of the album, all the songs will spread all over the Internet, so it does not matter if the singles are released. But now the third single from the album “Near You” is starting to sound on the radio, it’s a very touching and tender song. At the end of November, we plan to premiere the video for it ” ^[5] . Describing the song as tender, touching and incredibly sensual, the singer changed her usual style of performance and appeared to be “extremely sincere” ^[3] . Later the composition was called very personal and the singer described it as a “revelation song” ^[6] .

During a speech in Omsk on June 6, 2012, Yolka spoke about the story of the appearance “Near You” and the reasons why she decided to record it: “I am a cynic, I like black humor very much and I'm afraid of people who are not able to giggle normally. But at the same time, I'm a little emo, because I'm a girl. As a cynic, I understand that a snotty song is all ... The cynic in me at some point gave a slack, probably when the emo fell in love. So this song appeared ” ^[7] . The composition entered radio circulation on October 31, 2011, through the Tophit system. Yolka first performed a song on television during a gala concert of the second season of the Ukrainian show “ X-Factor ”, which took place on December 31, 2011 ^[8] .

“Near you” is a tender, sensual pop ballad, with a catchy chorus and lines: “The world is greener near you / The sun is warmer near you / I understand that happiness is around you / When you are here with me” ^[1] . Anna Shkolnaya from the Today publication noted the influence of soul in the song ^[2] . According to sheet music published on Melodyforever.ru, the song was recorded at an average tempo of 110 beats per minute, at a rate of 4/4. The main harmonic sequence of the composition recorded in the A minor key consists of chords: Am - G / Em - Am - G / Em - F - Em ^[9] .

In general, the song received positive reviews from critics, music journalists and program directors of radio stations, taking first place in the "Expert Chart" of the RedStarMusic.ru portal in February 2012 ^[10] . Bulat Latypov in “ Poster ” wrote that “Near you” “turned out to be tender, without pressure; sentimental spirits of romanticism, in short ” ^[11] . Alexey Mazhaev in InterMedia noted: “The ballad“ Near you ”opens an incredibly deep lyrical performer in the Tree” ^[12] . The video clip for the song was shot in November 2011. The director was Igor Shmelev ^[6] . “We did not want to be wise with the clip - to do an 18-day shooting period, to delve into the special effects. No details should distract from the present. We decided to shoot this clip with the young and ambitious director Igor Shmelev, who is known for his video “Tenderness” ... We were very comfortable working with Igor, I think we found a common “wave”. And in this video, the cats finally starred in me))), ”Yolka said. The plot is based on a love story telling "about what real men are ready to do for the sake of their beloved" ^[6] . The video was presented on November 23, 2011 on the Ello channel ( YouTube ) and in a month collected more than seven hundred thousand views ^{[18] [19]} .

In a review of the site Plitkar.com.ua, the video was described positively. The publication wrote that the video turned out to be touching and romantic and added: “In the video, the singer appeared in an extremely unusual, but very cute way. A minimum of make-up, home clothes, slippers - Lisa looks gently and girlishly charming ” ^[20] . Ledaks.com noted a lot of romance and naturalness in the work and wrote that the Christmas tree “outgrew” the girls and finally realized that she was a real woman. “A peculiar voice with an extraordinary pitch leaves her at the peak for a long time. But such a feminine look will raise the Tree even higher, ”the site specified ^[21] . On the website Weburg.net they wrote that the video presents "romance and bliss" in the scenery of the metropolis. The publication considered: “A girl is not used to singing such songs. She staked out a place for herself, and not so much with clips as with her voice, lyrics and charisma ” ^[22] .
