The village is located on the right bank of the Volga , about 58 km south-east of Nizhny Novgorod , the height above sea level is 176 m [2] . The nearest populated areas are Chernyshikh , one and a half kilometers northeast, Bolshoe Lebedevo , 1.7 km to the north and Igumnovo , 3 km to the east. An asphalt road leads to the village.
