Located 120 km from Ust-Kamenogorsk , on the banks of the Uba River (right tributary of the Irtysh ).

In 1999, the population of the village was 306 people (152 men and 154 women) [2] . According to the 2009 census , 112 people lived in the village (62 men and 50 women) [2] .
