The modern flag approved at the session of the Belotserkovsky city council of the XXIII convocation of October 3, 1998 [1] . The flag of the city is a square red panel depicting a church with domes and white crosses in the center.
The prototype of the modern city flag was the flag donated by the Polish king Sigismund III to the city militia. The flag was granted to the White Church on December 6, 1620, together with Magdeburg Law [2] [3] .
