The main feature of the Academy is the concept of developing continuing education . Each of the stages corresponds to the levels of educational programs ( preschool , primary general , basic general , secondary general ). From 1993 to 2018, the Academy implemented higher education and postgraduate programs [3] .

Content

History

The educational institution was founded in 1988 as a laboratory of psychological and pedagogical research at the Kuibyshev State Pedagogical Institute . May 15, 1989 transformed into a basic laboratory school of the Kuibyshev State Pedagogical Institute. V.V. Kuybysheva at school No53 of the Samara district [4] . February 14, 1990 transformed into a College at the Samara Scientific Center of the USSR Academy of Sciences [1] [5] .

From 1990 to 1999, SMUN was the experimental site of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation [6] . By the decision of the Board of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation No. 15/2 of 06/22/99, the experience of the University was approved and offered for distribution throughout the country [7] .

In 1992, college students participated in the formation of humanitarian aid for the Space Flight Europe-America-500 project [8] .

July 13, 1993 transformed into the Samara municipal complex of continuing education "University of Nayanova" [1] [9] . At the same time, the highest level was opened working on higher education programs and the first five faculties.

In 1998, according to the Career magazine (ranked first among monthly publications in the popularity index prepared by the Association of Managers (Media Popularity Index, www.amr.ru), and also held a leading position in the group of monthly business / financial publications in TNS Gallup Media rating [10] ) the university took 12th place in the list of 100 best universities in Russia [11] .

In 2003, the university shared 21st place in the global final of the International Student Programming Olympiad [12] .

On November 7, 2008, having returned to the subordination of the regional education system, he was transformed into the Samara State Regional University (Nayanova). July 26, 2010 was transformed into the Samara State Regional Academy (Nayanova) [1] [13] .

In 2013, the Moscow Center for Continuing Mathematical Education and the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation included the academy in the list of TOP-500 best schools in Russia [14] [15] .

In accordance with the order of Rosobrnadzor No. 1341 dated 10/01/2018, the Nayanova Academy was deprived of state accreditation for all programs of higher education and graduate school [16] . In connection with this deprivation, university students who received higher education (bachelors, specialists, masters and graduate students) were transferred for study to other state universities (mainly SamSTU and Samara University ). According to the Minister of Education of the Samara Region Viktor Hakobyan, as of February 2019, the Academy is in the process of being transformed into a general educational institution for working with gifted children [17] [18] .

On May 1, 2019, by a resolution of the government of the Samara region, the academy was transformed and received the new name “State budget non-standard general educational institution of the Samara region“ Academy for Gifted Children (Nayanova) ” [19] .

International cooperation

The Academy participates in the volunteer exchange program - “Swallows” / International Cultural Youth Exchange [20] .

The Academy is part of the language network of partner universities of the French Embassy [21] .

The Academy participates in a bilingual school program sponsored by the French Ministry of Education and the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Development [22] .

Since 2011, the Academy has been part of the UNESCO Associated Schools Network [23] .

The Academy is a certified partner of the Goethe Institute with the PASCH-SCHULEN: Partner der Zukunft program [24] .

Publications

From the very beginning of its existence, the Academy has published a journal, which was originally called the “College”, and then was renamed “University Avenue” [25] [26] .

Since 2000, the Academy has published a newspaper for students of French - Fran cité. The newspaper was recommended by the culture department of the Embassy of France in Russia [27] [28] [29] .

Since 2005, the Academy has been publishing a collection of reports by students and teachers, participants in the annual scientific-practical conference “Science. Creativity. ”, Held in early April [30] .
