Career

Pavel Chernov began his professional career in 2006 as part of the Atlanta Mytishchi , playing before that for the Moscow Spartak farm club. In his debut season, Pavel spent 6 matches on the site, gaining 1 (0 + 1) point. In the next two seasons, Chernov played mainly for the farm club of the Moscow Region club, but he was also called up for the main team.

In the 2009/10 season, Pavel, in addition to playing for Atlant, also participated in the MHL and Major League matches in the Mytishchi Atlantes and Klinsky Titan , where he had a great ending to the season. The following year, Chernov also played in the Youth League, moreover, he got a chance to make his debut in the VHL as part of the Ryazan HC , where he scored 25 (15 + 10) points in 37 matches.

Before the start of the 2011/12 season , Atlanta management decided to extend the agreement with Paul for another two years [1] .

In June 2012, he was exchanged for the Vityaz KHL club ( Chekhov ) for Nikita Tochitsky [2] .

International

As part of the Russian national team, Pavel Chernov took part in the 2008 Junior World Championship, in which he, together with the team, became a silver medalist, gaining 5 (2 + 3) points in 6 matches held. The following year, Pavel spoke already at the youth championship, where he won bronze medals, scoring 5 (3 + 2) points in 7 matches.
