Club
Since 2006, in favor of the Norwegian club " Olgord " from the second division of Norway. He made his debut on September 23, 2006 in a match with Füllingen (3-0 win).
In the national team
In 2010, he held one match for the youth team of the Faeroes against Andorra on August 11, 2010 (2: 1 victory) [2] . He has been with the national team since 2011, although he was called back in 2010. First played June 3, 2011 against Slovenia and became an anti-hero of the match, scoring in the 47th minute in his own goal [3] . He spent another 4 games in the selection for Euro 2012, among which stands out the victory over Estonia 2: 0 [4] .
