Biography
Gradlon was a pagan from childhood and remained until he fell in love with Tigridia, the younger sister of St. Patrick and his mother Darerka , who was his aunt. Once Gradlon was on the hunt, but, having separated from the group, was lost in the forest. There he met Saint Corentin , who sheltered Gradlon. Upon his return, Gradlon made Corentine the first bishop of Cornwalli . According to legend, Gradlon’s daughter Dahut was a witch and Gradlon fought with her. The capital of Gradlon, Ker-Is , was located at the Gulf of Duarnene. There were dams in the city, and once Dakhut made a gap in them and the sea came out into the city.
