Birsk mineral springs are a natural monument in the Birsky district of Bashkortostan (Russia), near the village of Kostarevo on the right bank of the Belaya River, 5 km above Birsk. Subject of protection: mineral springs and their environs [1] [2] . Approved in 1965.

Birsk mineral springs are healing and form healing mud deposits. The constant chemical regime of the Birsk sources is characterized by a chloride-sulfate-sodium-potassium composition. Salt water keys are rich in iron and bromine . The area around the source is very beautiful: deciduous forests are adjacent to the steppe.
