Biography
Xu Tsaihou was born in Wafandian, near Dalian , Liaoning Province . By nationality Khan . Since August 1963, in the service of the People's Liberation Army of China . He graduated from the engineering and electronic faculty of the Harbin Military Engineering Institute, where he studied from 1963 to 1968.

- From 1984 to 1985 - Head of the Department for Work with the Masses of the Political Administration of the Shenyang Military District of the PLA.

He was a member of the Standing Committee of the Presidium of the 17th All-Chinese Congress of the CPC convening in 2007 [2] .
On March 15, 2014, Xu Tsaihou was taken into custody directly from a hospital bed in a Beijing hospital where he was being treated for cancer. At the same time, his wife, daughter and personal secretary were detained. [3] During the investigation, it was found that Tsaihou and his family members, abusing their official position, received bribes for assisting bribe-givers in promotion and acted in the interests of third parties, thereby seriously violating party discipline [4] .
June 30 at a meeting of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee chaired by the Chairman of the PRC , Secretary General of the CPC Central Committee and Chairman of the Central Military Council of the PRC Xi Jinping [5] Xu Caihou was expelled from the CPC [6] according to the results of an investigation by the Commission of the Central Military Council for Discipline Inspection personally approved by X Jinping [7] , who established that Caiho and his family members took bribes, helping individual officers in their promotion [8] . Xu Tsaihou was ranked as a group called the New Gang of Four [9] .
The case was referred to the military prosecution authorities [10] . Discontinued in March 2015 due to the passing of Xu Tsaihou.
Awards
