Biography
Born on the night of December 31, 1905 to January 1, 1906 in the city of Nizhyn, Chernihiv Region. in the family of a joiner. Father Shamrylo Vlas Potapovich, mother Shamrylo Ulyana Logvinovna. The family comes from s. Bezuglovka Nezhinsky district.
- 1917-1926 - repair worker of the 8th section of the track service art. Nizhyn.
- 1926-1928 - Executive Secretary of the local committee of railway workers Art. Nizhyn.
- 1928-1930 - Student of the working faculty ("rabfak") of the Kiev Polytechnic Institute.

Since 1938 - deputy of the Supreme Council of the Ukrainian SSR 1 convocation . Member of the Kiev defense headquarters in 1941, during which he disappeared.
Memory
In 1975, in Kiev , a street in the Shevchenko district of Kiev was named in his honor. Officially considered missing. In 2011, the remains of him and another 127 soldiers and commanders of the Red Army were found and reburied at a war memorial in the Holy Protection Church in the village of. Hatne Kiev-Svyatoshinsky district .
