History
The first mention of the village dates back to the end of the XIII beginning of the XIV century . This is one of the oldest villages of Stryshchyna.
There are several versions of the origin of the name of the village of Dobryany: on behalf of Prince Dobryny; from the nobleman-dragoon Dobryansky, to whom the Polish king gave these good lands; from the forest jungle where the locals hid during the attacks of the Tatar-Mongols .
