History
On February 16, 1963, Pope John XXIII issued the bull Clarissimae famae , which established the Diocese of Tarlac, separating it from the Diocese of Lingayen-Dagupan (today - the Archdiocese of Lingayen-Dagupan ) and the Diocese of San Fernando (today - the Archdiocese of San Fernando ).
