Geographical position
Anselen is located 27 km northeast of Metz . Neighboring communes: Frestrof in the northeast, Remelfan and Ollen in the east, Valmanster in the southeast, Gomlange in the south, Piblange and Estrof in the west, Eberswiller in the northwest.
History
- Commune of the former Duchy of Lorraine .
