Power Snooker 2011 is an invitation two-day snooker tournament that took place on November 19 - 20, 2011 in Manchester , England . This is the second attempt of the organizers of holding such tournaments, in which certain changes were made to its rules in comparison with the previous tournament: now the time for a blow was limited to 20 seconds.
