The bell of happiness ( Chinese trad. 吉祥 鐘 , ex. 吉祥 钟 , pinyin : jíxiáng zhōng ) is a bell located in the Chinese city of Pingdingshan , Henan Province. The bell weighs 116 tons (the design weight was supposed to be slightly less - 108 tons), its height is 8108 mm, the base diameter is 5118 mm. The bell has no language, they ring it with the help of a special drummer located outside the bell.

Cast in honor of the third millennium at the plant of the Tianrui Group, (Pingdingshan, Henan) at the end of December 2000 .
Information about the Bell of Happiness is very fragmentary, however, based on the available data, today it can be considered the largest and heaviest operating bell in the world.
