The population according to the 2001 census is about 2.1 thousand people [6]
The village council was formed in the Crimean region of the USSR in the USSR in 1973 [7] By 2014 it consisted of 3 villages:
- Krasnaya Polyana
- Vnukovo
- Kuznetsk
Since 2014, the Krasnopolyanskoye rural settlement has been located on the site of the village council.
