Keston Bledman ( born Keston Bledman , born March 8, 1988 ) is a sprinter from Trinidad and Tobago , a two-time silver medalist in the Olympic relay in the relay of 4 100 meters each.

At international competitions, he made himself known in 2005 , when he took fourth place in the 100-meter race at the World Championships among youths . In 2007, he became the champion of the Pan American Athletics Games among juniors at a distance of 100 meters , showing a result of 10.32. At the 2008 Olympics, he won a silver medal in the relay 4 × 100 meters in the national team of Trinidad and Tobago . After the disqualification of Nesta Carter for the use of doping, the Jamaican team was disqualified, and the gold went to Trinidad and Tobago. After 4 years at the Games in London, he won bronze as part of the relay.
Keston is the 78th person on the planet who managed to overcome the 10th second barrier [1] [2] .
