Biography
He graduated from the Nikolaev Academy of the General Staff in 1867 .
In 1880, he served as Minister of War of Bulgaria , but after a conflict with Prince Alexander Battenberg , he was fired and returned to his homeland.
From January 25, 1887 to March 15, 1890, he was Chief of Staff of the 4th Army Corps , Major General.
From March 15, 1890 to January 10, 1896 - commander of the 1st Brigade of the 15th Infantry Division .
From January 10, 1896 to December 18, 1896, he was the head of the 15th Infantry Division (from May 14, Lieutenant General).
