A list of the American horror thriller American horror television series anthology created and produced by Ryan Murphy and Brad Falchak ^[1] . The series premiered on October 5, 2011 on the FX channel.

The first season focused on the Harmon family, who moved from Boston to Los Angeles to start a new life, and settled in an old restored mansion, not imagining that his previous tenants had not found peace after death. The second season tells a completely different story - the action takes place around a journalist who came to a psychiatric hospital for insane criminals in the hope of filming a report on the newly arrived maniac "Blood Face", who mercilessly killed random women. As it turned out, the real maniac was not at all taken to a hospital, but walked free, and moreover, he chose Lana as his new victim. In the third season, we are talking about the coven of witches, disguised as an elite boarding school for “gifted” girls, who is trying to protect the last representatives of this species from extinction. The plot of the fourth season revolves around one of the last "Freak Circuses" in the 1950s. The fifth season shows us the lives of the workers and guests of the Cortez Hotel, as well as the investigator who is investigating the maniac of the Ten Commandments. The actions of the sixth season take place on the island of the same name in 2016 and focus on the paranormal phenomena occurring in an isolated farmhouse.

In October 2016, the series was extended for the seventh season, the premiere took place in September 2017 ^{[2] [3]} . In January 2017, the series was extended for another two seasons, the eighth and ninth ^[4] .
