By the Highest Decree of 1862, the adjutant general, the infantry general Alexander Nikolaevich Liders, was elevated to the count dignity of the Russian Empire.
His family has died away; the surname Leaders with the title is allowed in 1863 to be attached to the husband of his daughter, Alexander Alexandrovich Weimarn .

Emblem Description
The shield is four-part, with a small shield in the middle. In the first and fourth parts crossed by black and gold, there is a lion, with red eyes and tongue, holding in his paws an ax of variable metal and enamel. In the second and third azure parts in silver armor, a hand encumbered with the same sword, accompanied by three silver lilies at the top. In a small middle golden shield, the emerging Imperial Eagle, having on its chest, in a golden shield surrounded by a chain of the Order of St. Andrew the First-Called, is a scarlet crowned monogram image of the Sovereign Emperor Alexander II.
The shield is crowned with the count's crown and three count's crowned helmets. Crests: middle - the emerging Imperial eagle with a golden shield on its chest, surrounded by a chain of the Order of St. Andrew the First-Called, the scarlet crowned monogram image of the Sovereign Emperor Alexander II; extreme - five ostrich feathers, middle and side of which are azure, laden with a silver lily, the remaining feathers are silver. Bait : medium - black with gold, extreme - azure with silver. Shield holders: on the right is the rank and file of the Prague infantry count Leaders regiment, on the left is a lion crossed by gold and black with scarlet eyes and tongue, holding a golden ax in his right paw.
