Initial Biography
Tsolak Gevorkovich Edigoryan was born on May 17 (30), 1915 (according to other sources - May 18 (31) of the same year) in Erivan (now - Yerevan).
In 1939, Tsolak Edigoryan graduated from the Rostov Institute of Finance and Economics .
In September 1939 he was drafted into the army, where he served in the military counterintelligence agencies in the North Caucasus Military District .
World War II
In July 1941, he was appointed deputy chief of the special department of the NKVD for rear services of the 9th Army . He worked in this position until November of the same year, when he was appointed deputy chief of the special department of the NKVD of the 151st army command of the military field construction of the 8th combat engineer army , which took part in the construction of the Don defensive line along the Aksay - Don - Seversky Donets rivers , as well as Voroshilovgrad and Rostov defensive contours . Since March 1942, Tsolak Edigoryan worked as deputy head of the special department of the NKVD of the 140th tank brigade . He took part in the battle for the Caucasus .
From January to August 1943, he was deputy head of the SMERSH counter-intelligence department of special camp No. 261 in Armavir , and from August 1943 to October 1944, he was deputy head of the SMERSH counter-intelligence department of special camp No. 205 in Krasnodar .
From October 1944, Edigoryan was in the reserve of the SMERSH Main Directorate, and from March to June 1945 he worked as the deputy head of the SMERSH counterintelligence department of the 50th separate training infantry regiment ( Oryol Military District ).

Post-War Career
From 1945 to 1949, Tsolak Gevorkovich worked as a secretary of the Kastornensky district party committee for personnel, as well as an instructor in the department of party, trade union and Komsomol bodies of the Kursk regional party committee , from 1949 to 1959 - first secretary of the Oboyansk district party committee.
By a decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR for successes in the development of agriculture and the achievement of high indicators for the production of agricultural products dated December 7, 1957, Tsolak Gevorkovich Edigoryan was awarded the title Hero of Socialist Labor with the award of the Order of Lenin and the Hammer and Sickle Medal .
From 1960 to 1962, Tsolak Gevorkovich Edigoryan worked as first secretary of the Dmitrievsky district party committee, from January 1963 - deputy chairman of the Committee for Party and State Control of the Kursk regional committee and regional executive committee, from January 1966 to September 1970 - chairman of the People’s Control Committee of the Kursk region , and 1970 - Head of the Kursk Regional Trust of Restaurants and Cafes.
Tsolak Gevorkovich Edigoryan lived in Kursk , where he died on June 12, 1973 . He was buried in the Northern cemetery in Kursk .
