Velje is a lake on the border of the Vele volost of the Pushkinogorsky district and the Partisan volost of the Krasnogorodsky district of the Pskov region .

Area - 4.5 km² (453.0 ha). The maximum depth is 2.7 m, the average depth is 1.2 m. [2]
On the shore of the lake are the villages of Lamoni , Suchnaya and, nearby, Velje ( Veleyskoy volost of the Pushkinogorsky district ); Kumordino, Navolok ( Partisan volost of the Krasnogorodsky district ).
Flowing. Refers to the Versha River basin, a tributary of the Sinaya River, which in turn belong to the Great Basin.
The type of lake is carp and perch. Mass fish species: pike, roach, perch, crucian carp, ruff, tench, ide, rudd, loach. [2]
The lake is characterized by: sloping and low shores, partly swampy, silty bottom, sand and silty sand, driftwood, rafts, coastal meadows, fields, forest in some sections of the coast. [2]
