History
In various interviews, on Twitter and on MySpace, Palmer and Webley talked about how they met with the twins. Here is one of Jason's posts:
About a year ago, Amanda Palmer of The Dresden Dolls and Jason Webley received a message on the Myspace network from the most unusual profile of which they had ever seen - spliced twin sisters, both with the name Evelyn. Intrigued and fascinated, they began correspondence with the twins in the hope of luring them into the studio. The result was a record that sounds like something similar to the Sisters Andrews , possibly due to the fact that they grew up in a circus, listening to new wave music .

About the twins:
Lyn and Eva Neville were born in September 1985 on a small farm in Western Kansas. The girls are Siamese twins connected side by side and having three legs, two arms, two hearts, three lungs and one liver. Orphans, their mother died in childbirth. Little is known about their lives until 1996, when they first performed publicly with the roaming circus of Dillard and Fullerton. It was here that the Evelyn sisters developed a love of songs and performances.
Unsatisfied with the miserable circus life, at the age of nineteen, the twins decided to start a solo career. It was then that they were discovered by Amanda Palmer and Jason Webley, who heard the twins' music on MySpace. Webley and Palmer praised the twins and offered to help them record a real album.
The album will be accompanied by a long American and European tour and later this year - the release of a novel in pictures about the inspirational life of the twins, illustrated by Cynthia von Buhler and printed in Dark Horse Press.
Amanda Palmer and Jason Webley (along with legion support from their fans) will travel and musically support the sisters on their ambitious world tour of Europe and North America.
