Biography

Besik began to play football in Tbilisi. Having started performances in futsal, he several times became the champion of the country and was called up to the Georgian national team. But he soon decided to move to Moscow and for some time left mini-football until he got to see the Moscow Torpedo. Soon Zoidze became a player in the basic composition of Muscovites, but after some time the team ceased to exist. Besik played a little in the Yakut Sakhainkas and Chertanovo, until he was invited to the Moscow Minkas .

It is with Minkas, later renamed Spartak, that the most significant period in Zoidze’s career is connected. Besik was one of the leaders of the team. In the 2000/01 season, when Spartak triumphantly won the Russian championship , Zoidze was the top scorer in red and white and one of the best in the championship. In total, he was three times in the top five scorers of the championship. In the 2001/02 season , he took part in two UEFA Futsal Cup matches and scored four goals in them. In the match against the Polish Clearex, he made a hat-trick, but this was not enough for the team.

Zoidze played for Spartak until 2004 (with the exception of a short period at the end of 2003, when he played for Arbat from the Premier League on loan). Then he played for Norilsk Nickel for two seasons (he played part time with his brother Galaction), after which he completed his playing career.

Since 2007, Zoidze has been the coach of the Gazprom-Ugra Ugra club. In 2010, he served as the head coach of the team for several months.

In 2013, Zoidze took over as head coach of the IFC Spartak team in the Higher League , which was revived the same year. The season 2013/2014 in the Premier League was victorious for Besik and his team won a ticket to the Super League .
