Biography
- Born October 17, 1940 in with. Sebyan-Koyol of the Kobiai ulus of the Yakut ASSR.
- Higher education.
- In 1970 he graduated with honors from the Leningrad State Pedagogical Institute. A.I. Herzen . PhD in Sociology , Academician of the Academy of the Northern Forum.
- From 1960 to 1961, he was a teacher at the Sebyan-Küöl seven-year school.
- From 1961 to 1962 - Secretary of the Komsomol organization of the Kirovsky state farm.
- From 1962 to 1963 - a student at the Leningrad State Pedagogical Institute. A.I. Herzen.
- From 1963 to 1966, he served in the Soviet Army.
- From 1966 to 1970 - a student at the Leningrad State Pedagogical Institute. A.I. Herzen.
- From 1970 to 1977 - Director of the Sebyan-Küöl High School.
- From 1975 to 1977, he was a junior researcher at the Yakut branch of the Research Institute of National Schools of the Ministry of Education of the RSFSR .
- From 1977 to 1979 - Secretary of the Party Committee of the Kirov State Farm.
- From 1979 to 1980 - manager of the Sebyansk branch of the state farm .
- From 1980 to 1981 - instructor of the Council of Ministers of the Yakut ASSR .
- From 1981 to 1990 - instructor, deputy head of department of the Yakutsk regional committee of the CPSU .
- From 1990 to 1993 - People's Deputy of the RSFSR, People's Deputy of the Yakut Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic, member of the Supreme Council of the RSFSR on an ongoing basis, Chairman of the Subcommittee on Indigenous Minorities of the North, Siberia and the Far East of the Russian Federation.
- From 1994 to the present, he was a People’s Deputy of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) , worked as a permanent representative of the State Assembly (Il Tumen) of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) in the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation.

Creativity
His works have been published since 1962. The first book, Opo, was published in Even language in 1969. His novels “Deers of My Childhood”, “Uyamkans Go to the North”, novels “Coast of Fate” (1988), “Golden Deer” (1990) and others are very popular.
