Humban-tah-rah - the king of Elam , ruled around 760 - 742 BC. e.
Known only from the Babylonian Chronicle, where he is called the father of King Humban-Nikash . It is considered to be the founder of a new Elamite dynasty. Rules in a politically difficult time. In Mesopotamia , the Assyrian kingdom dominated. As a result of the migration of peoples on the Iranian Highlands, Aryan tribes settled, which began to press more and more on the Elamites.
