Eyvind Rafn ( Dat. Eyvind Rafn ; born September 17, 1931 ) is a Danish flutist. The son of violinist Gerhard Raphne and actress Beatrice Bonnesen .

He graduated from the Royal Danish Conservatory , a student of Holger Gilbert-Jespersen . Then he improved his skills in Italy with Severino Gazzeloni . Since 1955 he played as part of the Danish Royal Chapel , since 1956 the first flute. He made a number of recordings, including two chamber music albums for the flute of Friedrich Kulau . Often also performs in chamber concerts with his wife, Birte Störup Rafn , who works in the genre of melodeclamation .
