Giesing ( German: Giesing ) - Munich metro station located on the line 
between Untersbergstrasse and Karl-Price-Platz stations. The station is located on the border of the Obergiesing-Fasangarten ( German Obergiesing-Fasangarten ) and Ramersdorf-Perlach ( German Ramersdorf-Perlach ) districts. Has a transfer to the station of the same name city train .

History
It was opened on October 18, 1980 as part of the Scheidplatz - Neuperlach Zud site [1] . The station is named after the district in which it is located [2] .
Architecture and Design
Two-span pillar station shallow. The station walls are lined with rounded light brown cement-fiber boards. The floor is laid with concrete blocks in the motive of pebbles of Isar , the ceilings are lined with aluminum panels with two rows of lamps. The columns are tiled in brown. The platform has three exits, in the center and at both ends, to a common underground lobby. Approximately at the height of human growth, a red strip passes along the entire track wall [2] . In the center of the platform there is an elevator that goes through the lobby to the urban electric train platform, and in the eastern part of the lobby there is an elevator that goes directly to the street.

Buses of the following lines pass: 54, 139, 144, 147, 220 and night N43 and N44, as well as tram line 17 and the city electric train of lines S3 and S7. There is also a taxi rank.
