The 89th east longitude meridian is the line of longitude , 89 degrees east of the Greenwich meridian , passing from the North Pole through the Arctic Ocean , Russia , Mongolia , China , Southeast Asia , the Indian Ocean , the Southern Ocean to the South Pole and forming orthodrome with the 91st meridian of west longitude .
