Geography
Location
4 km northwest of Chechersk , 41 km from the Buda-Koshelevskaya railway station (on the Gomel - Zhlobin line ), 69 km from Gomel .
Hydrography
In the west, a reclamation canal connected to the Chechora River (a tributary of the Sozh River ).
Transportation Network
Near the highway Chechersk - Ryskov . The layout consists of a short rectilinear street oriented from the southeast to northwest and built up on two-sided wooden estates.
History
It was founded in the early 1920s by immigrants from neighboring villages on the former landowner lands. In 1930, a collective farm was organized. 15 residents died on the fronts of World War II . According to the 1959 census, as part of the “Flag of Communism” collective farm (the center is the village of Otor ).
