A typical example for a building on Melizallea 7 is a typical English country house of that time. Theodore Merrill also built similar villas in Cologne . Villa on Melizallea, 7 is an architectural monument and is protected by law from September 27, 1982 [2] .
It is located on the border of Benrath Park and, like other buildings on Melizalea, attracts the constant attention of many tourists and excursionists. It is currently in private use.
