Geography
Location
2 km east of the district center and Khoiniki railway station (on the Vasilevichi - Khoiniki line from the Gomel - Kalinkovichi line ), 104 km from Gomel .
Hydrography
In the north, a reclamation canal connected to the Pripyat River (a tributary of the Dnieper River ).
Transportation Network
Transport links on roads that depart from Khoinik. The layout consists of a short rectilinear street of almost latitudinal orientation, built up on two-sided wooden estates.
History
It was founded at the beginning of the 20th century by immigrants from neighboring villages. The most active development occurred in the 1920s. In 1931, residents entered the collective farm . According to the 1959 census as a part of the collective farm "Dawn" (the center is the village of Poselichi ).
