Location
8 km southeast of the district center and Khoiniki railway station (on the Vasilevichi - Khoiniki line from the Gomel - Kalinkovichi line ), 111 km from Gomel .
Transportation Network
Near the highway Khoiniki - Bragin . The layout consists of an arched street oriented from southwest to northeast, to which lanes join from the south. Two-sided building, wooden, manor type.
History
According to written sources, it has been known since the 18th century as a village in the Rechitsa district of the Minsk Voivodeship of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania .
After the 2nd division of the Commonwealth (1793) as part of the Russian Empire . In 1850, the possession of Countess Rakitskaya, in the Mikulichi volost of the Rechitsa district of the Minsk province . In 1866, 9494 tithes of the earth were owned here in 1889 by Count O. D. Tyszkiewicz. According to the 1897 census, a literacy school and a windmill operated .
From December 8, 1926 to December 30, 1927, the center of the High Village Council of the Khoiniki District of the Gomel District . In 1929, the Red Victory collective farm was organized, 2 windmills and a forge worked. 59 residents died on the fronts of World War II . According to the 1959 census as part of the Strelichevo state farm (the center is the village of Strelichevo ).
