Location
30 km east of Rechitsa , 41 km from Gomel .
Transportation Network
Transport links along the country road, then the Kalinkovichi -Gomel highway. The layout consists of a short rectilinear meridional street, built up with wooden estates.
History
It was founded in the 19th century , after the start of the Luninets -Gomel railway, when in February 1886, a journey with a booth for service personnel was organized here. In the early 1920s, the siding was transformed into a railway station, around which a village began to be built. In 1930, a collective farm was organized. According to the 1959 census as part of the Borschevka state farm (center - the village of Borschevka ).
