The Battle of Guzov is an episode of the Polish Civil War , during which on July 6, 1607 , the royal troops defeated the units of the rebellious Polish gentry in Mazovia . Approximately 10,000 soldiers participated on both sides. . The rebels were defeated. In the battle, their commander talent was shown by the hetmans Zholkevsky and Khodkevich .
