Location
17 km north of the district center and the Rogachev railway station (on the Mogilev - Zhlobin line ), 138 km from Gomel .
Hydrography
In the west, reclamation canals.
Transportation Network
Transport links along the country road, then the highway Staroe Selo - Rogachev. The layout consists of a short rectilinear street close to the meridional orientation. Wooden peasant estates on one side of the street.
History
According to written sources, it has been known since the end of the 19th century as a village in the Kistenevsky volost of the Rogachev district of the Mogilev province . In 1909, 465 acres of land. The most active development was carried out in the 1920s. In 1931, residents entered the collective farm . According to the 1959 census as part of the state farm "Progress" (center - the village of Shchibrin ).
