  • either armed with an ATGM launcher (the CFE Treaty and the UN Register initially) or any other missiles except anti-aircraft [5] [1] .

As the Group of Governmental Experts on the UN Register of Conventional Arms in 2004 noted in its report , some light tanks fit into this category of register [6] .
