Location
6 km east of Petrikov , 9 km from the railway station Mulyarovka (on the Luninets - Kalinkovichi line ), 195 km from Gomel .
Hydrography
On the Pripyat River (a tributary of the Dnieper River ).
Transportation Network

History
It has been known from written sources since the end of the 17th century . In the inventory of 1700 in the Mozyr district of the Minsk Voivodeship of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania ; 10 long and 5 empty services. After the 2nd division of the Commonwealth (1793) as part of the Russian Empire . In 1811, in the possession of the Khodkevichs. In 1879 it was designated as a village in the Petrikovsky church parish . According to the 1897 census, a tavern operated. In 1908, in the Petrikovsky volost of the Mozyr district of the Minsk province . In 1913, a zemstvo school was opened, which was located in a hired peasant house.
In 1929 a collective farm was organized. 51 residents died on the fronts of World War II . According to the 1959 census, the center of the Belanovichi state farm. A communications department , a culture center, an elementary school , a library, and a feldsher-midwife station worked.
