Location
44 km west of Mozyr , 38 km from the railway station Mulyarovka (on the Gomel - Luninets line ), 175 km from Gomel .
Hydrography
On the Skolodina River (a tributary of the Pripyat River ).
Transportation Network
Transport links on the country, then the highway Gomel - Luninets . The layout consists of a slightly curved street close to latitudinal orientation. Two-sided building, loose, wooden, manor type.
History
Ancient production tools found by archaeologists in the vicinity testify to the activities of man in this area since ancient times. According to written sources, it has been known since the 19th century as a village in the Sloboda-Skrygalov volost of the Mozyr district of Minsk province . The most active development occurred in the 1920s. In 1931, residents entered the collective farm . During World War II in June 1942, the invaders completely burned the village and killed 28 residents. In the battles for the village and its environs, 75 Soviet soldiers and partisans died (buried in a mass grave on the eastern outskirts). 14 residents died at the front. According to the 1959 census, as part of the Osovets state farm (the center is the village of Osovets ).

Notes
There was a pig farm on the northeastern outskirts of the village. All 4 pigsties are completely destroyed, in a more or less normal state, only the building for storing fertilizer remains.
