Geography
49 km west of Mozyr , 33 km from the railway station Mulirovka (on the Luninets - Kalinkovichi line ), 183 km from Gomel .
On the river Krapivnya (a tributary of the Skolodin River).
History
Founded at the beginning of the 20th century by immigrants from neighboring villages on former landlord lands. In 1931, residents joined the collective farm. During the Great Patriotic War, 10 residents of the village were killed at the front. According to the census of 1959 in the composition of the state farm "Osovets" (center - the village Osovets ).
Population
- 1959 - 114 inhabitants (according to the census).
- 2004 - 22 farms, 38 inhabitants.
Transportation Network
Transport links along the country road and further along the Gomel- Luninets highway. The layout consists of a straight street, close to the latitudinal orientation and built up with loosely wooden peasant manors .
