Location
28 km south-west of Loev , 82 km from the Rechitsa railway station (on the Gomel - Kalinkovichi line ), 107 km from Gomel .
Hydrography
In the east, Lake Lutovsky .
Transportation Network
Transport links on the country, then the highway Bragin - Loev. The layout consists of an arcuate, close to the latitudinal orientation of the street, to which a short straight street joins from the east. The building is rare, wooden, manor type.
History
The settlement of the Late Mesolithic era (0.7 km north of the village) discovered by archaeologists testifies to the settlement of these places since ancient times. According to written sources, it has been known since the 19th century as the village of Lutava in the Derazhitskaya volost of the Rechitsa district of the Minsk province . In the 1920s, the village of Lutava was divided into two: Old Lutava and New Lutava. In 1931, the Glory collective farm was organized, a forge and a windmill worked . During World War II, the invaders in 1943 burned the village and killed 8 residents. According to the 1959 census, as part of the Dneprovets collective farm (the center is the village of Sevki ). The library, the feldsher-midwife station were located.
Until December 31, 2009 as part of the Sevkovsky Village Council [1] .
