Chapaevsky ( Belorussian. Chapaenskі ) (until January 21, 1969 the Birch Bark Plant) is a village in the Buinovichi village council of the Lelchitsky district of the Gomel region of Belarus .

Geography
Location
30 km north-east of Lelchits , 53 km from the Yelsk railway station (on the Kalinkovichi - Ovruch line ), 206 km from Gomel .
Transportation Network
Transport links on the country road, then the road Lelchytsy - Mazyr . The layout consists of a rectilinear short street close to latitudinal orientation and built up on two-sided wooden estates.
History
According to written sources, it has been known since the beginning of the 20th century as a farm in the Buinovichi volost of the Mozyr district of the Minsk province . In 1931, residents entered the collective farm . According to the 1959 census, as part of the collective farm named after V.I. Chapaev (center - the village of Pervomaisk ). There was a plant in the village that made birch tar. Locals still call the village of Berzavod.
