Ivanova Sloboda [1] [2] (sometimes Sloboda [1] , Belor. Іvanava Slabada, Slabada ) is a village in the Tonezhsky village council of the Lelchitsky district of the Gomel region of Belarus .

Geography
45 km west of Lelchits , 48 km from the railway station Zhitkovichi ( Luninets - Kalinkovichi ), 122 km from Gomel .
In the east and north-west of the tract Moshki, Zalomy, Nyvky, Gadovki, in the north-west tract Tarakatnitsa.
History
The location of the modern village was mastered by a man from ancient times, as evidenced by 2 burial mounds discovered by archaeologists (37 embankments 0.8 km west of the village, in the Kurgan tract; 4 embankments, 3 km west of the village). According to written sources, it has been known since the beginning of the 19th century as a village in the Tonezhsky volost of the Mozyr district of the Minsk province . According to the audit materials of 1834 as part of the Turov government estate. In 1879, it was designated as a village in Tonezhsky parish . According to the 1897 census, there was a forge. In 1913, the Zemstvo school was opened, which was located in a hired peasant house.
In 1930 a collective farm was organized. In January 1943, the occupants burned down the village and killed 9 residents. According to the 1959 census, the center of the collective farm "Red Polesie". Located 9-year school, first-aid station, House of Culture, liaison office .

Transportation Network
Transport links by local, then the Dzerzhinsk -Lelchitsy highway . The layout consists of a straight street, oriented from the south-west to the northeast and built up with wooden houses of the estate type. In the center is a small reservoir and a park.
