Labor ( Belorussian Labor ) (until 1963 Osetskaya) is a village in the Korotkovsky village council of the Kormyansky district of the Gomel region of Belarus .

Location
10 km east of Korma , 65 km from the Rogachev railway station (on the Mogilev - Zhlobin line ), 120 km from Gomel .

On the Asetskaya River (a tributary of the Sozh River ).
Transportation Network
Transport links along the country road, then the Volyntsi -Korma road. The layout consists of a short rectilinear latitudinal street intersected in the center by a side street. Building wooden manor type.
History
According to written sources, it has been known since the beginning of the 20th century . In 1930, the collective farm "Trud" was organized, a forge worked. In honor of the fighting activities of the partisans of the Kormyansky detachment during the Great Patriotic War in 1976, an obelisk was installed in the village square. According to the 1959 census, it was part of the Rodina collective farm (the center is the village of Strukachev ).
