Location
7 km north-west of Korma , 50 km from the railway station Rogachev (on the Mogilyov - Zhlobin line ), 117 km from Gomel .
Hydrography
On the river Gorna (tributary of the river Sozh ).
Transportation Network
Near the highway Korma - Zelenaya Polyana . Building wooden manor type.
History
Founded in the 1920s by immigrants from neighboring villages on former landlord lands. In 1931, residents joined the collective farm . During the Great Patriotic War in October 1943, German invaders burned 88 yards and killed 6 inhabitants. According to the census of 1959 in the state farm named after V. I. Chapaev (center - the village of Borovaya Buda ).
Earlier, the settlement was in the structure of the Strukachevo village council .
