Location
4 km west of Korma , 53 km from the Rogachev railway station (on the Mogilev - Zhlobin line ), 110 km from Gomel .
Hydrography
On the Koromka River (a tributary of the Sozh River ). In the west, reclamation canals connected to the Gutlyanka River (a tributary of the Dnieper River ).
Transportation Network
Near the highway Korma - Zhuravichi ). The layout consists of an almost rectilinear street, oriented from the southwest to the northeast and built up bilaterally, loosely, mainly by wooden manor houses.
History
The ancient human burial ground of 7 embankments (0.25 km southeast of the village) is evidence of human activity in these places in ancient times. According to written sources, it has been known since the 18th century as a village in the Rechitsa district of the Minsk Voivodeship of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania .
After the 1st partition of the Commonwealth (1772) as part of the Russian Empire . According to the revision of 1816, 48 yards in the Kormyansk parish of the Rogachev district of the Mogilev province . According to the revision of 1859 in the possession of I.I. Bogush. According to the census of 1897, a bread store, a windmill operated . In 1909, 554 acres of land. In 1929 a collective farm was organized. According to the 1959 census as a part of the collective farm “October” (the center is the village of Kuchin ).
