Location
45 km north-east of Kalinkovich , 7 km from the railway crossing Plodim (on the Zhlobin - Kalinkovichi line ), 127 km from Gomel .

In the north and west melioration channels.
Transportation Network
Transport links along the country road, then the Gomel- Luninets motorway . The layout consists of an almost straight street, close to the meridional orientation, to the center of which a short street joins from the east. Building wooden manor type.
History
According to written sources, it has been known since the 18th century as a village in the Mozyr district of Minsk province of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania . In 1737, in the estate of Lipov. After the 2nd partition of the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth (1793) as part of the Russian Empire . In 1834 Gorvatov possession. In 1908, in the Karpovichi parish of Rechytsa district .
In 1931 the collective farm named after N. M. Goloded was organized , there was a windmill , a forge, an elementary school (in 1935 there were 56 students). During the Great Patriotic War in May 1943, invaders burned 76 yards and killed 37 inhabitants. 49 residents died at the front. According to the census in 1959 as part of the collective farm named after S. M. Kirov (center - the village of Mironenki ).
