Korma ( Belorussian. Karma ) is a village in the Zelenochsky village council of the Kalinkovichi district of the Gomel region of Belarus .

Geography
Location
29 km to the north-east from Kalinkovich , 15 km from the Gorochichi railway station (on the Gomel - Zhlobin line ).
Transportation Network
Transport links on the country, then the highway Gomel - Luninets . The layout consists of a rectilinear street close to latitudinal orientation, to which a curved street joins in the east from the north. Two-sided building, wooden manor type.
History
According to written sources, it has been known since the 19th century as a village in the Domanovichi volost of the Rechitsa district of the Minsk province . In 1876, the landowner V.P. Sakun owned here 530 tithes of land. According to the 1897 census, the Korma Malaya and Korma Korma farm. In 1930, the collective farm “Red October” was organized, a forge, an elementary school (in 1935, 30 students) worked. During the Great Patriotic War in September 1943, the invaders burned the village. In the battles near the village, 23 Soviet soldiers died (buried in a mass grave in the cemetery). 24 residents died at the front. According to the 1959 census, as part of the collective farm named after M. I. Kalinin (center - the village of Nosovichi ).
